Hi I'm wanting to get information from Blemain with regard to my loan. It's due to finish later this year and they claim the current balance is approx £4.5K which won't be cleared by the payments! I'm going to send a SAR but I'm not sure which template to use from the library. There's Full Subject Access Request or Debt or DCA Subject Access Request I was going to use the "Full" one, but then the "Debt" one looks better as it specifically mentions insurance and additional charges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. BB

Just started my PPI claim against Natwest credit card, just sent of my SAR and £10 PO card was taken out april 99 How do I work how much I could be owed is it the PPI plus the culmintive interest of the card on that PPI over the years Plus the 8% interest

Can't find a sar template for shop direct can anyone help? i intend it to send it via email, dont want to post or have facilities to print etc. email only. Basically I just want all statements including charges, how much i paid etc as i want to reclaim unfair charges eventually once i know all the facts its for littlewoods and very and the accounts were started in 2010/11 i believe, will they provide for the entire 7 or 8 years?

Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can offer a little help and advice. I wish to serve a SAR on the bank that previously held my mortgages (I had two linked to the same property, due to undergoing a - relatively amicable - divorce and being obliged to buy my spouse's interest in the house - who had no desire for the property...just the cash). I've lost all of the documentation, pertaining to said mortgages. I would like copies of the original offer and subsequent agreement along with all terms and conditions (including those if/as and when they may have been amended). Additionally, I want the bank to provide a full list of mortgage repayments made by me and received by them along with details/notes of any and all communications between our parties, howsoever conducted (written, telephone, carrier-pigeon etc.,) as well as any manual notes and/or interventions which may have occurred with regard to my account, throughout the term of the mortgage. Does such a SAR template already exist or is there any member of the forum who may help me to properly draft a suitable Subject Access Request? I'd be extremely grateful for any help/advice/referrals. Many thanks. Jib T

Sent my appeal off with some brief details of why i was appealing , Had a Letter from DWP confirming that they received my appeal, and about how much ESA i will get until it's heard, But so far over 1mth since requesting the full written statement of the Atos wca Form IB /ESA85, But so far i have not been sent it, The person that i recently spoke with from DWP ,Confirmed that they could see that i had previously requested it, but could not understand why i had not yet received it, What can be done to force them to supply this info,(assuming it actually exists) ? -
Firstly, I apologise for this post!! I am looking for a SAR template letter to send to Brighthouse. I had an account with them many years ago (no paperwork or account number), and would like them to send me any information as I want to know if I was mis-sold PPI. I took out a Unsecured Personal Loan with Halifax online in December 2011. I was NEVER asked questions like, can you afford the payments, are you employed/unemployed, and I certainly was not asked about my income. This have got so bad I am currently on an IVA - Halifax increased the IVA from 5 years to 6 years forcing me to pay for longer. I am now wondering if bankruptcy is the best option. Do I have a claim that Halifax lent to me irresponsibly without going through my finances first? -

I am self-representing.I have done a word document with heading(claim information) and then I did a list of the documents just numbered 1-20. Hi, I have just received a PCN from "Civil Enforcement" and I wondered if this template was a good one to send as an initial appeal to hope to put this to bed quickly. It seems pretty comprehensive and I thought I'd include it in it's entirety in case it can help others as a useful template/guide to the possible appeals. Is it good or are there any flaws? I see that POFA 2012 requires notices to keeper to: - Advise that the driver is liable for the parking charge and the amount and that it has not been paid in full - State whether a notice to the driver was given either to the driver or placed on the vehicle and if so to repeat the information in that notice about paying the parking charge and when - Specify the outstanding amount of the parking charge and of the maximum additional costs they may seek to recover, and of the dispute resolution arrangements - Invite the registered keeper to pay the outstanding parking charge or, if he was not the driver, to provide the name and address of the driver and to pass a copy of the notice on to that driver so now I'm unsure of my first move.... -

Hi, A very good friend of mine is to help me out by renting a room from me and living with me to help with the garden, house etc. He also cooks meals etc due to my disability. My health is much improved, I still have to be careful to avoid a relapse. He is in full time work and I do not claim benefits. However occasionally he does get a small top up of UC when his wages are very low. Therefore I think I may need a formal template since he has just left his bedsit?? I do not know. -

Hi, On my front driveway I share the boundary with my next door neighbour. Reluctantly agreed some years ago to let them replace the boundary wall. They did a bad job (on our side only). Also they then moved the front driveway gate post back as they kept crashing into it. This created a dangerous step which I have nearly fallen over several times as I walk out of my driveway. I have wanted my driveway gate post reinstated for a long while into its proper, original position, at the end of the drive. We only originally gave permission for it to be built back a foot or two from the end whilst the neighbours were driving and they have lost their licences now. Question: This morning a car turning around in my driveway crashed into the wall and knocked down this post and a bit of wall. I do not want it replacing back in its 'wrong' place. Am I legally entitled to refuse permission for this, now? I just want it putting back in its right place which would get rid of the dangerous step too and allow me, finally, to have some driveway gates and the security I require. Thanks

UKPC ticket for parking outside own house

Guys, a friend has two letters to keeper form UKPC for parking outside their own house - yes you read correctly. For some reason UKPC are ticketing vehicles on a new build estate that are parked in the roads, it is not permit holder parking, it does not cost anything to park there, there are just signs up saying parking restricted and the usual UKPC waffle. after two tickets on the vehicles they have now got letters to keeper, they have asked me to pen a letter for them, I advised do the usual - soft appeal then appeal to POPLA with GPEOL as the main reason as I jsut don't have time to write the letter. Is there a template for this anywhere? -

Please help me to file a PPI claim through CCA, from Capital 1, who has settled my PPI compensation with a debt. already sold to a DCA. To the best of my knowledge the calculation of redress was not done correctly either. Also I want to take Genworth to court for not calculating my PPI correctly and not explaining as to how they calculated my redress.Where they got the fig. of premium paid as only few statements are available. Both of them will come into small claim category.

Good day all, On looking at my credit file i noticed that Equifax has my ex wife as an associate/connection to me via debts. I would like her removed and the debts from my credit file. Can anyone please advise whom i send the letter/email to and give me a rough guide or template of what to write. your help is greatly appreciated regards John
