Thanks everyone, you have all been absolutely fantastic and supportive. I have had brilliant advice from you all and without it would have chickened out a long time ago.

Will be thinking of you all tomorrow and will let you know how it went when I get home from Court.

Going to bed now, will be up bright and early in the morning to go through the paperwork, can't face it tonight!!

Sleep well everyone.

xx

Hi Guys

Sorry to say that despite all the fantastic advice from you all, I lost!

Joa was brilliant and put me at ease. The Judge was not going to include any of the harrassment or intimidation. She just wanted to focus on the attack.

The defendant showed up with 2 small kids in tow, as did the Defendant's Sister. They all were chewing gum and swinging on their chairs and were quite defensive throughout.

My faith in the justice system has vanished.
