  1. Hi Dx, Well, they were really helpful and quick getting back to me on this forum and quickly informed that they’d got it wrong and I wasn’t due a refund. I then questioned that because while I understood that they’d got that refund wrong, I’d still closed down my cafe at the end of May but I’d paid up to September. I informed them of this and the person I was speaking to confirmed I was right. They asked me to confirm dates which I did immediately but I’ve been hit with radio silence again. I’m getting so fed up with this now. They were so quick to tell me they owed me nothing but as soon as it becomes apparent they do in fact owe me money they go silent again.
  2. Thanks Dx, I’ll give that a go
  3. Hiya! No, it’s the music licence for public premises. And yes, I checked the bank details were correct. They’ve insisted the payment was sent but there’s nothing after over two months. all the best!
  4. Hi all, I used to run a cafe for which I had a music licence from PPL/PRS. I was informed by them in early September that seeing as I hadn’t seen the year through I was entitled to a refund of £192. I replied back to this immediately with my bank details and was informed I would be issued with a refund within 14 working days. It’s now December and I have yet to receive this refund. I have sent countless emails and called them a few times. I even went as far as sending my bank statement to show them that no refund has been sent to me. Every new email I get from them tells me simply that the refund has been issued on their end but offers no further advice. I’m at a loss of what to do. What are my rights? Thanks in advance! Rosie
