It may well be the case...but until you actually get copies of the NoE and WoC you cant prove they did serve it on the wrong address...and the N245 does not go the court that issued the Judgment..there is no judgment....its a costs only Order...so the N245 goes to the High Court.

We could do with some help from you.

This leaves me in a tricky situation.

I will have to contact the Enforcer for copies of those docs which will probably alert them to what I am about to do so they may tamper with the address on them.

Is this the only way I can get a stay on the Writ?

Well without them you dont have grounds to submit an N245..i doubt they would amend address...so catch 22.

We could do with some help from you.

Well without your current address being on them they have not legally been served....any other address may invalidate it.

Dont give the game away though simply ask them for copies as you dont appear to have ever received them.

We could do with some help from you.

Sorry I think I’m being a bit dim! So I have to actually say I want copies because I haven’t received them?

If I say that, then I will be alerting them to the fact that I am aware they should have served them on me and they will then know they have messed up.
