Thanks! The bailiffs got in touch again and told us that even though we're sending the forms through (pe2 and pe3) they can seize/clamp our car until its resolved! Is this true? From what I can gather from previous threads etc, it takes a few days for the TEC to confirm receipt of forms/then put a hold on any debt collection orders?

Hi Billy, I'm in a very similar situation to you. About to send pe2 and pe3 forms but cant see an email address anywhere. You mentioned that you sent via email? Are you able to share it please?

Hi there, Bailiffs have been knocking at our old address to get £800 in fines for TFL fines we didnt even know about. We didnt update our logbook on our car to new address. What can we do? Any advice greatly apprciated! Thanks
