anyway, dont forget that the letters you are getting have no weight to them, no authority to do anything other than try and scare you. Ignore them and concentrate on anything that the parking co sends marked letter before action or letter before claim. All the rest are noise.

look at the web site for the housing trust and then phone them upa nd ask them the name of the chairman of the board of trustees. You can then search for an address of that person. It may well be the address of the housing trust but a home address is better

However, I have spoken to CSB Solicitors with number on the top of the letter and they said that they did sent me a letter about the parking charge. They said the letters they have sent me are real...

 

I have told them that I did not owe their client (LPS) anything as the car park are free to park as I have lived here all of my life and they are not on the contract with the landowner. I have told them that LPS gave me the wrong permit as a visitor which I am not a visitor and I am a resident. I have also told them that I have received 5 PCNs from LPS where no one else get them but only me!

 

They said that they are unware of it and they said they didn't know about it as I am the only one that received 5 PCNs.

They said LPS have only told them that I have owe them a debt and they have not told them anything of what I have told them.

 

They stated that I have been discrimination from LPS with threats and bully which is not allowed because I am deaf and they said they are not allowed to give me a call or send me the sms text messages to threat or harassment me.

 

They said that they will do something about it to against them and drop the case against me. They was really nice to me on the phone. They said they want me to send them copies of everything what I have got which that is included 5 PCN, copies of debt collectors letters, a copy of visitor permit and copies of letters that I have received from LPS.

 

But I feel a bit suspects as they said they did sent me the letter, but I wonder if it is coming from a debt collector?

 

I'm not too sure if the solicitors are real or if the debt collector are pretend to be a solicitor but they are not?

 

What do you think? should I ignore it and get on with my life unless they give me anymore harassment and I would threat them to sue them?

so you have decide not to ignore them. That will just get you more grief.

 

I would advise you to do nothing as these lawyers are just acting as a debt collector

and rely on their letterhead frightening you into thinking they have more say than they do.

 

It really is up to you,

but your continued postings are getting more confusing

and you havent taken any of the advice on board nor made it clear who your landlord is

and the relationship of any of the parties other than LPS (who dont have a leg to stand on)

but you still keep asking for advice about a problem that doesnt exist as it stands.

 

You could post up all of the letters you have received from all of the parties involved

and we will try and make sense of it but do yourself a favour

and stop any contact with these people unless you get a N1 claim form fro the County Court

Hi all,

 

It has been over a year since I has ignored number of fake solicitors letters and debt collectors who chased me to try to get my money off me.

 

Well, today I have received a letter as it said that I must pay £640 or they will take me to court if I do not pay within 14 days.

It looks like to me it is from a debt collector, because of the csb solicitor logo that I have had few letters from them before, there is no name of the solicitor who is acting behalf of the private parking company, I have no contract with them to sign on the form for credit agreement and I can see the bank sort code and account number at the back of the page, but I am not 100% sure if the letter is come from a debt collector.

 

Is the letter that I have received is come from a debt collector?

 

Should I ignore it?
