I have a parking charge from a private car park, Please can someone help, I haven’t contacted them, every time I did, the phone just wouldn’t get picked up or it would just get cut off. This is from when we was on holiday, we went into kfc at birch in way in Grimsby for something to eat, it was very busy and when we went back to the car my baby needed changing , by the time I’d finished sorting him out it was over the time limit. I was about 13 minutes over the limit, I haven’t managed to speak to anyone and I haven’t had a letter for a while this morning, the charge is from 24/05/2022, the letter I got this morning is from the county courts. I have no money spare, I work, have 3 kids and a house to run , I don’t have any luxuries so I don’t know what to do.
