Cuadrilla Site PNR earlier painful.

Protectors.The only people who seem to be able to stop this is numbers.

And personally i have complete faith that the people will rise up across the country to oppose Fracking.

And even more people of the local communities.

The thought of what could happen when local schools businesses huge local council estates are close by when things go pear-shaped fills many with dread.

The blood,the pain,bruises,the tears,the violence against protectors will prove the protectors were right.

 

Frustration and wondering where the support from Unions,powerful ones etc will arrive.

Time which there is not much left of i hope so anyway.

Pains me to put this on but earlier at PNR as a convoy arrives.

When you spend a few hours writing and reading stories and links from across the world for months on end this Fracking threat gets to you.

You try to see all sides of the argument.

But when you read who is connected to the Frackers,all the donations it begins to sicken you.

You see all this money being donated it can only be money for influence.

You see this company foul up every time.The proof is there.

50 Tremors two felt at the surface shaking the phones at the local police station.

Damage done to the well casing and so many other things.

People do not really check for small damage to their houses most people do not see or have knowledge of such things.

Damage will have been done if only minute.

Now we have Europe's biggest Gas Field if not the world coming.

I am not putting it on again but the story began on page 8.Locally.Check things out if you have time.

So what happens locally if things do go wrong.What is the evacuation policy in this town.

 

I have been involved before with Predators arriving in Great Britain.To prey on communities,the government on their side .As have many others.Donations flew into the Government.Cosy dinners held with their backers in private.

It was not till enough people rose and said no that finally they were defeated.

They got so desperate they tried to hack the group i am writing from now the CAG. From America they tried.

The FBI arrested them a little justice was meted out and the Predators ran for the hills with the posse close behind.

It cost them millions in recompense.And still is.

I do not know who is reading this i am not bothered.

 

But to the protectors do not give up.Sometimes you may feel like doing but keep on on your path.

Your cause is just.

Ah well i need to let a little pressure out every now and again you can only hold it in so much other wise you would blow a fuse.

Keep right on do not let the greedy predators win.

We only have one environment.

Can you imagine this spreading across Great Britain,through the countryside,villages,thousands of truck movements,radioactive waste,chemicals .Of course not,stop it now before it spreads like a virus.Madness.

Besides after a couple of hours i ache a little,slight medical issues.

And used to rest for a while on a Rickshaw put there for 7 months each morning.

But the other day the Bailiffs threw it in a wagon.Last thing i heard was it has been crushed.

So in memory a picture.I will never forget it for sure.

Backing Fracking and the other industry astroturf groups are clearly struggling to engage the 50% or so of the population who are undecided in fracking, so of late they’ve been doing a bit of button pushing.

 

In the Conservative Fylde this has mostly taken the form of demonising protesters as professionalwork-shy unwashed activists whose main aim in life is to cause disruption to people travelling down Preston New Road.

Of course, anyone who has actually been there for any length of time will know that a lot of the traffic disruption is in fact a direct result of the Police closing the road to allow vehicles to go in and out at speeds greatly in excess of the speed limit imposed by LCC.

Just going into Ben Dean's FRACKING Legal Challenge : A little deeper as i ran out of time to edit on my last post.

Fracking Judicial Review Challenge

On the 22 June 2017, the Planning Court at the Royal Courts of Justice in London heard my substantive Judicial Review challenge claiming that the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Stratetegy decision to extend the Petroleum, Exploration and Development Licence ("PEDL") where I live in Tarvin Cheshire for two years from the 1 July 2016 was unlawful.

 

A favourable result will see PEDL189 quashed and such a decision may impact on the lawful status of many other PEDLs.

 

At my permissive hearing on the 15 December 2016 to enable the case to be heard I was awarded Aarhus protection meaning should I lose a claim for costs by the Government against me is limited to £5,000. I would also be liable for Court Application Fees totalling £922. Mr. David Wolfe QC of Matrix Chambers is acting for me on a conditional basis. My instructing Intermediary's, Friends of the Earth Rights and Justice are acting on a pro bono basis.

Although sgtbush's post was poorly articulated his point does have some validity in my view.

 

The purpose of the Bear Garden, as defined, is for ''some off-topic chat'' and the usual approach is to introduce a topic and offer a view so that others can offer their's for discussion. It's pretty clear that this thread has gone way beyond that and is in fact being used as a platform to publicise and promote a particular campaign agenda. While I'm sure the OP feels it's a virtuous cause (I'm neutral on the subject, just to get it out of the way) the nature and character of most of the OP's 500 odd posts do seem to verge on propaganda.

 

Of course it's entirely a matter for the site team as to whether they consider it appropriate that the forum should be used for that purpose.

You get strange thoughts after reading and watching the events taking place,all the articles,news,videos etc.

Lancashire police say they cannot cope with the Protectors down there at PNR so have called in Police from other areas.

Well i have never seen more than 100- 300 protectors down there at one time since January.

What about football matches etc.And these are peaceful protectors.Not people trying to knock ten bells out of each other.

With weapons,stick,stones etc.

I wonder if this is true or are officers saying to their Commanders i can do this no more because i believe in what they are doing is right.Who knows.

 

I know one thing the Government despite many political parties saying no are determined to force this through.
