Just going back to my last post.

Technology is changing for sure. How we see things.

People want to see things happening right before their eyes live.

Many times when down there at PNR i have filmed things that really should have been broadcast live.

It does not really matter that much i feel if you can speak well so long as you know how to film.

The scenes will show what is happening. And could be useful as evidence.

Of course if you feel like it rabbit on.

But also events other than this could be filmed, many would be interested in what you personally are seeing doing as you wander around Great Britain.

After a while i suppose it will become like second nature natural and easy to do.Not feel awkward.

And you could look back and have a laugh in years to come at your event.

Going to look into this.I am sure there are many clued up people in these forums who could point us in the right direction.

I know there is.Lets become livestreamers.

Who has got the first link.Or perhaps start a thread,i could then link to it on each page perhaps.

Times are changing fast.

Oh dear,i just felt a touch of anger.

I make my living off the beach.Collecting Driftwood and other things.

I never imagined a oil company could possibly effect my living.

Thanks very much for polluting the beach recently locally Fossil Fuel fools.

I see enough pollution effects on nature as it is.You see the changes as time goes by.

One pair of trainers, one pair of shorts you devils owe me.And loss of earnings.

What you can see is one thing, what is hiding under seaweed under the ocean is another thing.

GRRR.

The clear up began last Sunday, when oil washed up at Bispham in what was initially described as a 'small' problem by the Coastguard service. It escalated the following day when oil began washing up as far south as the mirror ball in Blackpool, and as far north as the River Wyre. Samples sent to a lab in Edinburgh later showed Eni UK's offshore storage installation, in Liverpool Bay, as the source. The oil giant said between two and 20 tonnes of oil leaked there last Monday, and said it informed authorities 'immediately'. Since then, it has been heavily involved with the clear up, and made the subject of an investigation by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). A specialist group has been set up to monitor any impact on marine and wildlife, though there have been no reports of any as yet.

Maybe it has.Maybe locals i do not know how many have just locked on under the noses of the Police.

Confusion at the moment.

Just copied this post as i had difficulty finding a link.

The issue of whether the police colluded with Cuadrilla in a clear breach of the County Council's planning regulations by arranging for a 30-truck delivery into PNR in the early hours of the morning was the subject of Friday's 'Wright Stuff' breakfast programme. Good to see such a well-researched and sympathetic treatment on mainstream TV by Wright and his panel.

And tonight once again as the videos show above Planning Breeches.Police waving vehicles through red lights as a convoy of two trucks was about a mile away. And the drivers at the other end were none to pleased.

Planning says left in,left out.Or did.Not right in and a private army escorting you.Funded by taxpayers.

And have you seen those Matrix Police with those riot gloves.

Rumour has it they have 8 ounces of steel mixed into the gloves. They look about three inches thick.

You have to keep well out of the way or you may well get knocked into another dimension.

By accident of course.

INEOS takes out High Court injunction against anti-fracking protesters.

The largest shale gas exploration company in the UK was granted an interim injunction this afternoon against anti-fracking protesters.

The order issued by Mr Justice Morgan at the High Court in London, seeks to prevent obstruction or interference in INEOS Shale activities.

It covers eight named locations, including two proposed shale gas sites in Derbyshire and Rotherham, as well as company offices and property belonging to site landowners.

It also applies more widely than injunctions sought by previous oil and gas companies by covering routes to the proposed exploration sites and to activities undertaken by INEOS employees and members of its supply chain. This includes any depot, equipment, people and operations.

Blockades of the Marriott Drilling depot in Derbyshire are covered by the injunction, INEOS confirmed.

Well what can you say,i am lost for words.Carefully chosen words.

Onwards, the battlelines have been drawn.I shall write a letter. asking the Frackers would you mind old boy vacating this green and pleasant land.

Well i suppose this is social media.

I believe no protectors come on here at all.

I talk to a empty room someone told me a few weeks ago and yes i am talking to myself.Arguing at times to myself.

That way i never lose a argument.

So if i was a protector what would i do at a time like this.Just looking around talking to myself.

Dealing with injunctions – a brief protesters’ guide

Injunctions are basically a way that companies can buy themselves personalised laws. As such they are complicated and vary quite widely, but there are three things you need to do if you receive one:

Don’t talk about it. Especially on email or social media.

I can talk because i am only talking to myself.Maybe i need help.

Ring us as soon as possible so we can help you go through the details and plan the best course of action. This is time critical if you’re to effectively challenge the injunction.

Read this guide!

What is an injunction?

Injunctions in a campaign context

Getting an (interim) injunction

Being served with an injunction

Seeking support

Appearing in court for the interim injunction

Who’s covered

What’s covered

Final hearing

To publicise or not to publicise?

What happens if I break an injunction?

What happens if they make a financial claim against me?

Well i have talked to myself enough today, time to roost.

What will tomorrow bring on The Road To Hell.I shall ask myself.

We shall see.

One of those days,enough said.

Well it started this morning with a early convoy arriving at Cuadrilla Fracking Site.

A large convoy arrived about 7-20-7-27am according to reports.

Also just at the same time the heavens opened and rain poured down turning the road into a river.

Later in the day water tankers it is said arrived maybe 5 or so removing water from the site.

If so after only one heavy downpour clearly a problem is somewhere on site you would think.

With the jet stream stuck down South more of the same can be expected.

This time of year it should be North Of Scotland.

This video was taken at the same time. You can see the convoy slipping in behind.

Just read a interesting story about Gold Standards that everybody expected to be kept to.

A interesting read.

Fools’ Gold

Published August 1, 2017 | By Refracktion

We, the residents of the Fylde, have been assured by our MP, Mark Menzies, that the most stringent regulations would have to be in place if shale gas exploration were to go ahead.

He has referred continually to the need for “gold standard” regulations.

Connected thought.From the Lion.

Apparently LCC in their infinite wisdom have looked at the planning breach this morning,

Cuadrilla have logged the lorries in at 07:30 and they are going to go with that, even though some of the lorries entered the property before 07:30.

Oh, and now security can choose which end the lorries come in from...

The eleventh revision of the permissions, which once included a wheel wash to protect the environment from contamination created on the well-pad.

Lyndy Raine, from Huddersfield Quaker Meeting, shares how Quakers in her area take action on fracking locally.

"Our meeting for worship at Preston New Road has now become a regular feature. The responses have been positive, with people remarking how our presence changed and calmed the dynamic there.

At times confrontations between some of the protectors and the security guards and police are violent and difficult to deal with.

The atmosphere can be hostile and aggressive with tension high and the language and abuse can be distressing.

There is a great need for all forms of support."

We can not stop this industry by just locking on or jumping on trucks.

We can’t stop this industry by just locking-on or jumping on trucks – BUT we don't stand a chance at all, if we don’t take direct action. Since fracking companies started threatening our communities over 6 years ago… we have fought in courts, council chambers, in MP’s surgeries, at supplier premises, through community groups, at public meetings the length and breadth of the country.

Mike Amesbury MP

Response to the news that Ineos (holders of a Shale Gas exploration licence within the Weaver Vale constituency) have secured a High Court injunction;

“I’m disappointed but not surprised that Ineos have chosen to spend their time in the high courts, rather than in the local communities that will be affected by fracking.

Had they done so, then they would have heard a loud and clear message that their plans are not welcome here.”

“Ineos may have secured the support of a court today, but they certainly do not have the support of the people of Weaver Vale, who will continue to be united in their opposition to shale gas exploration in our area.”

“If Ineos think that today’s judgement has put an end to protests and opposition, they are much mistaken.

We will continue to fight any attempts to introduce fracking in Weaver Vale for as long as any threat remains”

Well i do not usually put things like this on.

I wrote it at 6-7 am this morning.

But hey i have not tried to hide my name or where i live.

Everyone has a view i understand that but feel strongly that Fracking should be banned, put back in its box and put to rest.

We are only a small Island.

As everyone who has traveled will know.

To The Protectors.

The Story So Far.

This is the story from one day before the invaders

on Page 7
The Frackers invaded Lancashire to where we are now.

Not everything is covered but it is one hell of a battle.

Broken bones, blood has been shed.Bruises are many.

I have met many people on the Road To Hell.

As most of my time is spent writing about the pains many are going through in Lancashire, connecting live links, articles, videos looking across the world not many know me when i drift down The Road To Hell to the Gates that lead to The Well To Hell.

I have though met many protectors talked to you,Frank,Lion,Ben,Fluffy,Silver Fox,Lady Clare, who kindly one day offered me a sandwich without knowing me.

Tina,Gayzer,Logic,Ben,Bob Dennett,Ian Crane and so many others as well.

The speaker at the Maple Farm rally,Reclaim The Power i let him out as he left as so many were there.

Our eyes met and what a speaker he is.And quite a good singer as well as is the Lion.

Walked with you when trouble has broken out.Marched with you listening to you, observing.

Been there when you have been thrown around.

And then i go home and live it all again writing it down as best i can.

I am at the moment thinking of the Protectors in their tents, raining cold maybe hungry at times.

Hoping that people are supporting you locally.

I have been involved with predators before, the Donations, the Lobby groups, the power, the connections preying on communities.

And only one thing has ever stopped it.Enough peope rising up and saying no.

I am going to stop now.My post will probably vanish soon, just one of my weaknesses.I do not like cluttering things up.

Same when i post on Twitter. There one minute gone the next.

Take care protectors your cause is just,do not weaken.

Watching closely.

This battle because is part of The History Of Fracking In Great Britian.

You know when you are getting to the powerful ones they try to smash you.

I remember once some here trying to beat predators they got so angry they tried to hack the CAG.

Paid a professional in America. The FBI arrested the predator and justice was served.

Good luck,a few pages, will not be here long though.Weakness on my part.We all have them perhaps.

I will leave this post this time.So i remember in years to come how i felt.

Bye for now

Just popping off to Yorkshire this morning where the threat of Fracking is coming closer..

Who are the company wanting to Frack Kirby Misperton.

Third Energy.

Third Energy UK Gas is a gas exploration company, previously known as Viking UK Gas Ltd (until November 2013) and Tullow UK Gas Ltd (1999-2003).

The company is 97 per cent owned by a private equity arm of Barclays bank, Barclays Natural Resources Investment

(recently renamed Global Natural Resource Investments), which in 2014 described Third Energy as a 'start up business that is focused on acquiring and developing gas assets in the Southern North Sea and Central North Sea. [1]

In February 2017 it emerged that Third Energy had recorded yet another profit loss, this time £3.8m for the 2015 financial year. Several months later, in May, Barclays announced at its AGM that it would be selling its holdings in the firm at some point in the near future.

Yorkshire where is Kirby Misperton.

It is about 4 miles south from Pickering by road and about 7½ miles north from Malton, just west of the A169 road.

Adjacent to the village lies one of the most popular amusement parks in England, Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo.

The place-name 'Kirby Misperton' conflates the names of two adjoining places.

Kirby is first attested in the Domesday Book of 1086, where it appears as Chirchebi. This means 'church village' in Old Norse.

Misperton is also first attested in the Domesday Book, where it appears as Mispeton.

This may mean 'foggy hill' or 'dung hill' in Old English.

The two names first appear together in early Yorkshire charters, as Mispertona Kirkeby circa 1090, and as Kircabimispertun in 1157.[3]

The parish church is dedicated to St Lawrence.

Revisiting the Resistance on England’s Fracking Frontline

There are fewer ribbons tied to the hedgerow, and most of the funny signs are gone. In their place stand weary protesters, greater in number than before, parallel to a bulked up security detail.

“We can’t really call this a protest anymore,” says Nick Sheldrick. We're talking while once again perched opposite the Lancashire site shale gas company Cuadrilla are trying to frack.

“No, it’s peaceful direct action,” adds Louise Robinson, who has been at Nick’s side almost daily for three months.

Mariner East 2 Drilling Fluid Spills – Updated Map and Analysis

An analysis by FracTracker and the Clean Air Council finds that approximately 202,000 gallons of drilling fluids have been accidentally released in 90 different spill events while constructing the Mariner East 2 pipeline in Pennsylvania. Last thought for now,i have a Driftwood Shark to make.Got to earn a few pounds every now and again to keep the wolves at bay.

As we all do.

I worked for a multi millionaire once.Worked for many wealthy people.

Watched them observed them asked them how they do it.Became friends with a few,i liked them.

And one i feel became good friends. But like most things they are busy as you are and over time you just drift away doing your own thing.

But they made me realise there is a bigger picture, not to look at things to narrowly.

Think the bigger picture.

Well after reading, writing articles from across the world your mind seems to compute something, hard perhaps to understand.

Over years.

There must be something more to this madness.

Is there a plan somewhere to do with Water, control.

Is there something going on with all these holes in the ground.A plan.

Is there such debt in the world there is nothing now to gain from trying to extract money from people most are broke now.

it is time for the Earth to pay back debt the people have not caused. No matter at what cost.

Which when i started this article i was thinking off at the time.

Great Britain's Debt Clock-Just a question or two.

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?474399-Great-Britain-s-Debt-Clock-Just-a-question-or-two.

There is something else to all this a feeling of desperation by Government to force this on Communities.

Well i do not know,of course i could just be going stark raving mad.

Which i am sure some will agree on.

Well i am gone now, updates later. From Lancashire and wherever news arrives.

Seismic Survey Diagram

Introduction

Seismic surveys are used to locate and estimate the size of offshore oil and gas reserves.

To carry out such surveys, ships tow multiple airgun arrays that emit

thousands of high-decibel explosive impulses
to map the seafloor.

The auditory assault from seismic surveys has been found to damage or kill fish eggs and larvae and to impair the hearing and health of fish and marine mammals, making them vulnerable to predators and leaving them unable to locate prey or mates or communicate with each other.

Just grabbed this off Tina Rothery. I am always watching this protector.A calming influence when chaos is all around.

Latest Survey

[...more people oppose (33%) fracking than support it

(16%) Support decreased over last year, from 21% to 16%]

From the link to this morning's government update on public views regarding shale gas fracking:

[Three quarters of the public were aware of fracking at wave 22 (78%).

Awareness of fracking has remained very stable over the last three years of the tracker, following a significant increase between wave 2 (42%) and wave 8 (70%).

However, despite many people being aware of fracking, only a small proportion claimed to have detailed knowledge.

At wave 22, 13% claimed to know a lot about fracking, whilst 47% said they knew a little, and 18% were aware of it but didn’t really know what it was.

These findings have remained fairly consistent over the course of the tracker. Awareness of fracking was higher for those in social grade AB (90%), aged over 65 (90%), with incomes over £50,000 (91%), and home owners (88%).

When asked whether they support or oppose extracting shale gas, half of the public (48%) neither supported nor opposed it, with a further 3% saying they did not know whether they supported or opposed.

This is likely to partly reflect a lack of knowledge about fracking. Of those who did offer an opinion, more people were opposed (33%) to fracking than supported it (16%).

Support for fracking has decreased over the last year, from 21% at wave 18 to 16% at wave 22. ]
