maybe the OFT, the local Trading Standards etc need a few calls or letters of complaint about the breaches and harrassment activities revealed by Channel Four.

I've emailed my MP and sent a copy to the OFT. One of the questions I have asked is why Marlin wasn't closed down this morning after flagrant breaches of consumer credit law and OFT Guidelines.
