Hi, just looking for some advice please, Capital on tap have sold my business debt of £10k to Shire Recoveries/Azzurro Associates even though I had a payment plan set in place with COT. is this legal? Also because the debt has been sold on does the personal guarantee still stand? the business is still operating, it just come under hard times with our main customer got sold and forces us to move on which has been rocky and invoices have been inconsistent, leading to a few late payments to COT. thank you in advance for any help
