Had my cast off and the swelling's gone down enough to keep it off as long as I promised the hospital staff I'd rest it :D All wobbly, unbalanced and paifull now though. Spent the afternoon sleeping it all off and almost fell down the stairs lol... :D

The breuising is still horrific though :|

So... new avatar time?

Well, as it's winter, and as you have to put your feet up, how about this?

I'm like a walking disaster area, accident waiting to happen, always have been.

Leg is very uncomfortable and it's very difficult walking around the house let alone outside! I'm just hoping I can stand long enough to do Christmas dinner.

My daughter is coming around to the fact that she is loved and wanted, even though her attitude may not be liked at times.

Hope your 2nd Mum is still O.K. Mungy...

My Dad still isn't well and it looks like he's going to have a special type of pace-maker fitted because the meds aren't working. Then again it was their 49th wedding anniversary yesterday and that length of time with my Mum is enough to make anyone ill :).

Quite often when I have trouble spelling i'll do a quick search on Google to check I have the word correct. I do not do this everytime (as you can see :p) but it does reduce my mistakes a little. Anyhow, when trying to spell wonderfull I typed in "wonderful" and the first link that came up was a very amusing!! I shall not post it, but if you use Google, type "wonderful" in search and have a look at the first one. :D

I've just scrolled down I think I have found what you mean mungy. Is it the W***OMETER?

:D Yes, that's what came up top of the list when I was checking. I had to look twice to make sure I'd read it correctly!

I have just tried various DCAs web addresses in the w***ometer and they are all registering 'High W***yness:D

In other smiley news 2nd mum now breathing for herself :). Still a long way off being out of the woods yet but we are at least getting closer and can see the light at the end of the forrest.
