    I have been to LA 4 times. I normally fly into the US from up North like San Francisco or Seattle and drive down. The scenic route Highway 1 along the coast takes a while but the small towns and scenery you get to see are well worth the trip. Before any trip now I look at this website, which comes with an App, where a lot of the legwork of searching for things to see has all been done for you.     Well I think its interesting. Read this bit: The cells inside the ear canal are unique in the human body - they migrate. "You could put an ink dot on the eardrum and watch it move over a few weeks and it would be 'carried out' by the movement of the cells." according to Prof Shakeel Saeed at London's Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear hospital. If this didn't happen the mini cul-de-sac of the ear canal would soon fill up with dead cells created by the natural process of skin shedding. This movement also propels the wax - produced by the modified sweat glands which line the ear canal - towards the outside. It's thought that normal movements of the jaw - through eating and talking - assist with this movement. Prof Saeed has noticed that ear wax does sometimes get darker as we age - and that men whose ears get noticeably hairier as they age sometimes find that the wax can't escape through this jungle of hair.

You need to write back to Golden Eye and not Sky. If the letter does not have details of the work in question and the exact date and time you were alleged to have downloaded it, you should write to ask for these details. If they cannot provide them, they have no right to claim a settlement or damages from you. If it does show these details, check whether you can prove you were not at home when the downloads happened. There may be other people using your internet connection, and you are not responsible for what they download. Bear in mind that they need to be able to prove that it's you who downloaded films illegally. If they can't do that, they cannot sensibly take you to court.

    Got a letter from Capital One, a further refund of PPI is being paid due to recalculating the figures. I will see if the other banks are doing the same on Monday.

    Got a letter this morning from Capital One about a further £257 coming my way. I will be contacting the rest of the companies on Monday as I have moved since the pay outs.
