I remember going to Court and the Solicitor admitted that she spent lots of time reading CAG forums-and had even been told off about it.She went on to say CAG was a talking point in the office.

.

And we know of a certain DCA based in Surrey who regularly scan these forums watching what we post. Luckily they have a mole who posts elsewhere:D

Oddly enough, after making my post on here last night, I get a PM from a zero-poster, commenting on the 'compelling' nature of my Skillstrain fight, and asking for advice on how to fight them...

For the record, if you are having problems with any company/supplier, at least have the decency to start a thread that could give your PM request some credence...

# I just responded anyway (can't help myself) - if the PM was from ST/Eversheds, then I would love them to present my response in court

Dare i ask what that is?

And do you reckon the DCA's are that clever or do you reckon they have passed this "project" on to thier legal dept:D

As ODC says keep them in the dark and ******.seems to be very apt.

Would that be the catalogue company who's name is similar to, "A small forest with little trees in it?" The one that's famous for sending out blank agreements, hoping you'll sign it and send it back, because they were too stupid to keep the originals, like they're supposed to?

Oh yes, and their in house debt collection puppet was very indignant as they had sent me a blank CCA supposedly in July and I hadn't had the decency to sign it and send it back. This is despite the DCA having forgotten to put the blank CCA in with their letter, and so even if I did want to sign it and send it back (and no prizes for guessing whether I would have or not) I couldn't have.:D
