Hi, I'm just looking for advise for my sister she has received a county court claim regarding an old orange debt, now i think it will be the case of statue barred as the last payment she made was over 10yrs ago, my question is does she reply to the claim saying it's statue barred or does she ignore? Thank you

You will probably still receive the hb as they normally send it about 3 days before and then the bank clears it. Also I think once you sign on they press a button to trigger the payment as that takes a few days to clear as well. -
Hi my husband applied for an extension of stay using application flr fp on the grounds of having a British partner he received a letter yesterday saying: thank you for you application to stay in the uk, your application has issues relating to the European convention of human rights therefore it falls outside our normal service standards we will make a decision as quickly as possible. I just wondered what it means falls outside our normal service standards. Will it take longer than normal to get a decision? Thanks

Did the landlady protect the deposit via tenancy deposit scheme, you can check if they did by checking the deposit schemes through the gov website just search tenancy deposit scheme on google it is a legal requirement from April 2007 that they have to protect it if not you can take them to court and get the deposit back and compensation, on the other hand If they did protect it you can place a sort of appeal through the scheme and they will decide if you can get it back.

hi kittynour I don't think he will turn up tonight as there's rules regarding when they can come and enforce which they can only enforce between 6am-9pm if they come outside these hours and take goods you can apply to the court to get them back, if I understand correctly.

hi a couple of days ago I moved out a rented property that I lived in for 3 years and was on a periodic tenancy and I haven't received my deposit back and the landlords agents said I will get it back once the landlord has inspected the property but they didn't say when, is there a time scale that they have to pay it back by? thank you

my husband has been at this gym since the beginning of the year he don't know if it is on a contract and he wants to cancel I've looked on their website and it says there is an admission fee of £25 is that correct. would we have to pay it? thanks

thinking the same, last month I got a letter dated the 8th didn't receive it until the 17th -
if you are under 25 and unemployed you can get a grant from princes trust it's called development award. one of the things the grant can pay for is the sia licence.

hi my friend was sent a review form and she didnt receive it so they stopped her payments when she hadn't sent it back, she rang and explained she never recieved it, so they said they would send her a new one and they put her money in later that day which she recieved by 5. maybe they haven't recieved your form yet or they have but it's not been processed at their sorting department, if you call and they say its that tell them you've sent it off I'm sure they should pay you.

he wouldn't do that she don't like being on her own and the area she lives in is not that safe so it's always good to have a man there. I guess she will just have to see what the welfare rights have to say. -

she's appealed but they still said no , they are going to a solicitor in London he is very good and about the other solicitor I think they will just leave that it's to much hassle, she don't wanna go back where she worked they treated her crap when she told them she was pregnant and going on maternity.
