it will be such a shame if they fail to follow the rules the OFT have put on them and they lose there rights to trade as it will be one less to feature on watchdog.

Terrific stuff, a crap day at work, and I come home and read this thread and the links in thread 1. I think I'll have a beer.

You only think you had a Crap Day. Imagine if you were *** *******

That is why it is very important to keep making complaints about these wretched shylocks

For facebook users 1st credit has a group on there. Today it was infiltrated by a couple of peeps who will remain nameless. :D

But they did post a link to the OFT findings, just so their call centre staff can see what their managers got slapped for. That's if they can understand it.

These are video links to show how I deal with Debt Collectors.

Presumable anyone getting a SD from these comedians in the next feww weeks/months can refer to the OFT action when they ask a judge to order the SD to be trashed and for costs to be awarded.

No mention of the OFT's announcement on the Credit Today website!

Great find Ben, well done.

!!! Next on the list is Capquest.....
Too right 42man. At least 1st Credit have never been quite so stupid as to threaten me with an SD under The Insolvency Act 1986. Capquest have done it twice.

They have terrified many.

I wonder how their Director, President of the CSA, will explain this to the 'CSA Brethren'?

err It was a system error. We will be looking at our staff training policy.

Its all the fault of those people on CAG for telling people their rights.

Ve ver only following ze orders

Management were totally unaware that staff were breaking the rules

First Credit are members of the CSA and behave in a professional manner abiding by the CSA Rules.

or of course they could just tell the truth.
