so no mention of DQ n180's

usual intimidation tactics by them

give it another month there could be court delays

keep an eye on mcol.

if that time passes then its safe to say the claim is autostayed and it will cost them upto £275 to lift the stay.

dont move in 6yrs without telling them and the court mind if you do in writing.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hello Caggers,

I received a notice of proposed allocation from the court yesterday, the form looks small and easy but I will need your help.

Is there a standard answer on the forum already or should i upload the form

Definitely do not select Determination without a hearing that "On the Papers" determination allows them to lie unchallenged its one you never agree to.

On this N180 - Am I correct in only providing my postal address in contact details - they've asked for Telephone number, Mobile and Email as well. But as these frauds are getting a copy.

Can I leave those blank?

eh?

what are you so confused about?

you print off 3 copies of your completed n180 (using the pdf file in the link)

one for you file

one to the court with everything on it.

before you print the THIRD copy for DCBL..

REMOVE your signature,  your email address and your phone number...hit print

whats confusing about that?

and dont forget to get free proof of posting from po counter for each.

2nd class stamp is quite ok

yeah trying to rush it is why I was asking the questions so I'll wait.

Go through the other links - there is part D and reasons that I still need to find.(i'm sure it's there)

Relevant reasons to state no include that there are factual disputes which will need the judge to hear from witnesses directly (in which case please specify the factual dispute and the relevant witnesses) or that the issues are so complex they need to be argued orally

I didn't say I was confused, I just don't want to ask any more questions, if they answers are already provided.
