  1. I have been told by AF that they have prepared a report and sent to NFIB for investigation however it takes minimum 28 days for NFIB to pick up case. I have provided all WhatsApp contacts to AF and also url of the platform but not sure if NFIB can track those WhatsApp numbers.
  2. I didn't give access to my personal bank account but I got scammed where platform I was doing job accepts crypto and not normal currency I lost my money by converting into crypto and then sending it to wallet which I thought belongs to Hotwire.
  3. I have been scammed by remote job offered by person who claimed to be representative of Hotwire Global Communication company by impersonating their logo and address. The job was to submit tasks on Hotwire online platform for App optimisation and earn commission as tether usdt cryptocurrency. Initially I was earning good commission and able to withdraw funds representative lured me go upgrade my vip level to earn higher commission that is when I started to get negative balance which I was told to clear by converting money into crypto as I will be able to withdraw all of the funds including my commission at the end when I completed all the tasks scammer took all the money by saying all my money went to wrong crypto address. When I looked online I found that there are many such scams are happening and that is when I realised that I have been scammed. I have raised this case to Action Fraud and also to my bank I have lost lots of money and I am very worried and want to know if there are any chances of getting my money back?

  6. unfortunately I received below response from ICELAND. Thank you for confirming your personal details for me as this has allowed me to ensure that your concerns are formally logged. In the circumstances we would not be able to assist you with this parking charge notice which you received after you reported you visited our store on 22/07/23. We are only able to advise that should you wish to do so then you appeal this through the issuing company detailing any extenuating circumstances. We wish you all the very best with any appeal should you decide to do this. On behalf of Mr. Dhaliwal may I take this opportunity to thank you for your past custom and I do hope that this singular issue has not deterred you from visiting the store again in the future.

I am writing this letter in relation to PCN (Parking Charge Notice) issued to me by Horizon Parking Ltd. The notice was issued on 22nd of July 2023. Below are the details of the PCN. I am a regular genuine customer of ICELAND and I would appreciate it if this ticket can be cancelled. The driver only stayed 15 minutes later than the permitted time and that was due to shopping in Iceland, no-one was abusing the car parking facilities.   10. I haven't yet gone to ICELAND CEO will do shortly but today I have received another letter from Horizon Parking including solicitors letter, please see attached 2 page doc. I am going to prepare a letter and comeback here however I just want to confirm that the shopping I did at ICELAND was very minimal compared to Quality Foods and only evidence I have is from my bank statement with one time shopping will that suffice? while writing to CEO?   11. I still have the envelope and there is no postmark or the date on it. I did shopping from Quality foods and Iceland both but I don't have receipt from Quality foods however I do have receipt from Iceland and the time on it is 16:23. Both time I paid using card so that will be evident in card transactions.

  13. Today I have received PCN from Horizon Parking for exceeding maximum stay period at Quality Foods Southall. The PCN does not mention of what is the allowed time for maximum stay when I googled it shows 1 hour maximum stay but big sign at entrance also says ICELAND customer parking and not Quality Foods. On 4th Aug my vehicle XXXXXX was issued with a Penalty Charge Notice for the reason of Parked in a car park without clearly displaying a valid pay & display ticket or voucher or parking clock at XXX car park. I always pay using PayByPhone App and unfortunately on 4th Aug I had trouble with my phone/app and struggled to pay as soon as I parked and only eventually managed to pay after some time, covering entire duration of parking. I regularly visit XXXX and park in XXXX car park and have always paid previously on time so it is my humble request to use your discretion to cancel PCN XXXX on this one occasion. Time PCN issued: 14:43 Observation time: 14:40 to 14:43 I think the issue was with my Phone so it could be that App was fine but can't say for sure, anyway I only managed to pay around 15:28 and I even paid to cover the time when the actual parking started. I visit this place regularly and have been regularly paying with the APP with the history of payment on time can that help?
