Hi Many Thanks for your Response

Here is what they sent me does not show me anything what i asked for no detailed information and i think half of it is crap anyway

Dates

13/09/2012 - 52.90 - Sim Card Not Used

15/10/2012 - 70.00 - Sim Card Not Used

13/11/2012 - 45.33 - Sim Card Not Used

12/12/2012 - 40.33 - Sim Card Not Used

14/01/2013 - 358.86 - Final Contract Charges again Sim Card Not Used.

If i ring the sim card now it says number is not in use.

Everyone of them monthly charges are different £70.00 dont see how its £70.00 when i never used the sim card

I got my new phone with Virgin 8th August 2012 and snapped the Vodafone sim card in half as i gave up with them after the phone they supplied broke and basically was covered with manufactuers warranty but vodafone ignored this

Lee also tried to call me today but im busy until thursday so never spoke to him, no offence to Lee but makes me wonder if its really worth talking to him as he will only tell me what i already know like oh you signed a contract and your liable to see the whole contract through

its old news

ive asked him for a reply by email as im unsure what time i have spare all week.

You know you could compare this to Broadband Services, you would not pay for a broadband connection if it didnt work and they refused to fix it, so why should i pay vodafone for a tarriff where they refused to fix my old phone

You are already being defeatist. You are talking about things that could happen, when you havent even talked to lee yet. For the record, lee is very good at his job and will do as much as he can to help you.

FIGHT IT!

I hate VODAFONE!!!

I was given three months unlimited data as a gesture of good will, after which I would have to pay around £15 a month for these charges. (Or so I was told!)

This month, without notice I receive a bill for over £500!

In an instant I cancelled my direct debit and called them.

Here I was informed that the person shouldn't have told me that and he hasn't noted it down.

I was also told that they can't listen to the call to confirm I was given this information (as call logs are only saved for 60 days) and that means I have to pay.

I queried this, basically because they didn't save the call, I have to pay the money?

They stated I was misinformed but they can't prove it, if it was more recent they would refund me the money (likely story!)

The note on my account only says the end date of my free trail.

I informed them that I will not be paying £500 for data which I was told I would have. (£6.50 per 200mb! What a [problem]!)

Not that they even bothered to inform me when charges were rising or I would have questioned it sooner!

The service and the company even treated my appallingly on the phone.

I have been on the case to the bank to make sure they don't get another penny from me!

I now have had such a bad experience I no longer even want to be associated with the company!

I've order a new sim card from giff gaff. Much safer. And now I just want to pretend i was never with them. Even though I still have 8 months on my contract.

But

How can I keep my account safe?

Hi there.

I have just drafted a letter to the company.

They have a note of the free three months but for the continuing data they claim it has not been recorded and I should not have been told that as they only supply unlimited data at the beginning of a contract. (Even though I have proof in the account that my free package was added half way through the contract after going over my data - this was a resolution, which I was wrongly told would be continued at a charged rate)

Be very careful with this company - they are very quick to trash credit files !!
