Best just to sit tight and see what they write to you about.

 

Only then will you know more.

 

Do not ring them, and if you or anyone answers the telephone to them, refuse to go through the security questions and just say "in writing only" and hang up.

Crapquest represent whichever company uses their services. They are also well known for buying bad debt, then exploiting debtors lack of knowledge to force them to pay.

Crapquest come chasing me for a Natwest bank account. I paid them off, I dare not check dates because I think there's a good chance that it was stat barred.... If only I found CAG sooner lol.
