  1. Hi JohnJordan The following applies to online transactions:- https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/265898/consumer-contracts-information-cancellation-and-additional-payments-regulations-2013.pdf You could write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened, how they have let you down and what you want them to do. Send it to:- Mr Michael Sharp Chief Executive Debenhams [email protected]
  2. I think you need to deal with the 'matter in hand', you can deal with the contents of the letter later by complaining to the CEO of the rail company. If you can't settle the matter and it's heard by the court, I don't think the Judge will consider the contents of the letter at all.
  3. Hi Accused Welcome to CAG Sounds like an overzealous security guard, you should definately complain. No doubt CCTV will back up your complaint. Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened, how they have let you down and what you want them to do. Point out that your family spends thousands of pounds at ASDA each year. Send it to:- Mr Andy Clarke Chief Executive ASDA UK [email protected] New thread created.
  4. We lost again, not great. The clearance was a great goal for LFC.

  7. Yep thanks, hope you had a great one too. Start with £200, see how it goes from there.
  8. Hi lily Welcome to CAG It might be that you need to write to the TNT CEO in Italy, but I'm sure TNT UK can pass on your email. Write a Formal Letter of Complaint, mark it as such. Explain what's happened, how they have let you down and what you want them to do. Email it to:- Mr Nick Wells Chief Executive TNT Post [email protected] Let us know what he says.

  11. If it's the first time it is very, very unlikely, almost zero per cent chance of going to jail. Correct on fare evasion, ran or walked, doesn't matter. They will issue a summons, don't worry about what they are going to do, you need to use every avenue to get an out of court settlement, write to them, lets see what they say.
  12. It is very, very unlikely they will involve the police because of the amount involved.
  13. Silverfox and the team will provide further guidance shortly. They say all sorts of stuff to 'force' you to pay.
