If you have had these invoices from g24 then this is what you can expect from them.

A car somebody sold a few months ago has been receiving invoices from these people.

 

 

The amount started from £100 then went upto £140 and then a few months later went down to £70.

 

 

I attach the correspondance and hope it helps someone.

 

 

As of yet court is being threatened.

Commercial collection services LTD are running from the same address as the now defunct

CCS ENFORCEMENT SERVICES

which was a bailiff company taken over by rundell and co

when they went pear shaped a few years ago.

well, they have wasted three quid out of the 315 they get for sending threatograms. They are unlikely to send more otherwise they will start losing money.

they say in their first para of letter one it is for breach of contract and then 2 paragraphs later say it is a contractual charge. They cant have it both ways so no chance of them collecting via a court when this is pointed out.

It's not even an invoice....

A contractual charge is a VATable item and your so called invoice does not I believe give that breakdown. Best inform HMRC fraud department.

The pictures do not show the car parked either, only entering and leaving somewhere...

 

Yet they quote a parking period.
