Hi there, I have received this charge and need to know what to do - I don't have the fund and was hoping how to get out of this before it's too late. I moved in March and changed my address on my license to match my home address straight away, so I am unsure why I didn't receive the fines and the notice letters.

Hi there, I have received a Judgement for Claimant (in Default) from the national car park EUK Limited on the 23rd of October 2023. It mentions in the letter that I haven't responded to a claim form therefore I must pay £282.58 by the 23rd of November 2023. As it’s a UK debt collectors do I need to respond to the letters as they may take me to small claims court or something similar

Hi there, I have been posted approximately 15 letters with a fine from “comune di milano polizia locale” from 2020 they have instructed a international debt collectors to collect the outstanding amount. How do I get out of this please I need help and advise as I don’t have that sort of funds. Please see attached.
