DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Does ESA count? Not even sure if I am on Contribution or Income ESA (claim started August 2014 and was previously on JSA)

For ESA you must be on contribution based and not be in the assessment phase.

Margaret.

How and when should this have been paid as I'm an on both pip and esa, cont based (post assesment)

Not received a thing. Although partner received £10 more in her carers allowance so was that it? As our Esa is joint claim, an she claims carers for looking after me.

Your personal independence payment and your partner's carers allowance both qualify for an Xmas bonus. So £10 each, normally paid during the last week of November or first week of December. Sometimes the bonus is added to a normal fortnightly/four weekly payment, sometimes it's paid separately.

Just for your info there's no such thing as a joint claim for contribution flavoured employment n support allowance. Your total award must be partially income flavoured which means the whole award is treated as income related.

Margaret.
