Do we think there is any point in the OP going to mediation here?  Mediation was mentioned in post 37.

We could do with some help from you.

I know its open forum but for example the Car Dealer I bought car from is registered  this forum and watching all conversation.  

But thats fine will stick to the rules .

There is no need to ring court as today I received email about Mediation which is due

08.03.22.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
