They have exactly zero part to play in this, let them waste their time trying to con you out of money!

then ask yourself why the demand is now £160 instead of the original amount.

 

 

Did you sign a credit agreement with them? No. Therefore they can go whistle.

 

 

They rely on people thinking that debt collection agencies are like bailiffs

and can come round to your house and take your furniture. They cant.

 

 

The most they can do is send scary letters and that is all they are paid to do. Ignore them.

 

Solicitors and bailiffs sometimes act as dca's, when they do ignore them as well.

 

 

No court order, no money due.

Good News!!!!

 

I decided to contact the company as suggested who's property it is for an address to write too as suggested.

 

I got straight through and requested a name to address a Mail too, he asked what was the problem in an helpful manner.

 

 

I explained and he asked me for details of the number on the Demand from the parking company and my number plate,

and quashed it there and then, as sonn as I put the phone down.

 

 

He said if the parking company come at me again to let him know, but I should hear no more.

 

He went onto say that they do have genuine misusers that park there all day but are not at the location

and who the charges are more intended for.

 

 

Turns out he was Security Manager.

 

 

Huge sigh of relief.

Again, an outbreak of common sense. I hope that this is the last you hear about this but you should receive a formal notice from UKPC saying they are dropping the matter. If you get it I would bet that it says "as a gesture of goodwill" and doesnt mention they got a kicking from their employer.
