  1. Hello All, I received a PCN from HX Car Park Management in the mail a few weeks ago. The contravention was that the pay and display ticket was face down. The "charge" was £100, discounted to £60 if paid quickly. Needless to say, I appealed, pointing out that: I would not identify the driver. There was no suggestion that the daily parking fee was not paid. Their photographs show a ticket displayed on the dashboard.   2. Invoiced by A S Parking at Hayle beach. It is coming up to 21 days ( argh missed the 14 day early window). Terrible weather and annoyingly had checked and flipped the ticket once but then someone must have shut a different door and it flipped again. Company clearly state they don't care about any mitigating circumstances. Very steep charge £100 (£60 if id paid early). Is there anything i can do?   3. Hi Folks, new poster here. I just got home after a shopping trip at a nearby shopping centre. I am disabled and use a badge holder attached to a cable which loops through the steering wheel, have had one stolen in the past. I do display my badge in the correct manner, but because the wire is a rigid one it is at times a problem to get it to lay flat or stand against the glass, but i do manage it. I came back to the car and the badge was face down and I had got a ticket for failing to display badge correctly, It was fine whe we parked and may have been dislodg
