I parked in a city centre multistorey car park.

Unfortunately I didn't park too forward and my back wheel was on the line.

So instead of £40 discounted rate they jumped straight to £60.

But I am not sure if I should pay this private company.

As I have heard alot of negative.

But worried at the same time because what if I get ccj.

Can anyone help me with this?

Should I pay it or not?

Has anyone been in this situation?

Thread moved to private parking companies forum.

You can only get a CCJ if the company formally threaten court action, then take you to court, after you lose the court case and finally you defy the court and refuse to pay.  CCJs are only used to punish people for defying the court.

Please fill in the forum sticky with details of what you've received -

We could do with some help from you.

Ooops!

Better upload the content of your appeal then along with the sticky info.

Hopefully, you haven't "outed" yourself as the driver. Even if you have, all is not lost. They will have made mistakes...
