Evening. 
I got another letter from the rags at DCBhelL. 
carbon copy of the email they sent me.

“We are so nice we will let you off and you just have to pay half which is £150”. 
 

I sent them a letter as Instructed and they were either replying to that by post on the minute or they sent it out before as a matter of course. 
 

What do we think? Just sit and wait? 
Not phased at all.

Now they know they know you do not accept emails in that matter, if they do you can use it against them

Email… 

“We act for the Claimant in the above matter.  
 
Our client has instructed us to discontinue Court proceedings and close our file. Therefore, please find enclosed the Claimant’s N279 Notice of Discontinuance for your records.  
 
The attached has also been filed with the Court. 
 
We will now proceed to close our file accordingly. ” 

Not sure why. But hey ho. A win.

Yeh it’s legit. 
well either way I’ve got an email saying they’ve instructed solicitors to stand down so I’d love to see them try pull a fast one on this.
