Hi folks

Just a quick catch up on how things have progressed had lots of phone calls and letters from dca, all ignored not spoke to any of them.

Got my 1st threat of NEXT step legal action. CCJ threats.

Do I now ask them for proof of credit agreement.

Also could I send the original lender a mis sold credit complaint due to constant credit increases without me asking.

Thanks H

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
