I really hope mate they drop it before it goes to actual hearing as it is not sustainable for them to pay solicitors to try to win odd 300£ off of you . I still have no idea why they drop mine. With your knowledge and the fact there was never any mention of driver compliance I am pretty confident there is no way they can achieve anything anyway .

Hi everyone Hope you all good . I have been away for a while . It’s been a month since I got a letter however for some reason I still feel bit uncomfortable. When I log in to MCOL it’s still shows nothing . There is no update on a case since they acknowledged my defence . Is that normal ? Are they ever gonna update the fact MET gave up on me and send me notice of discontinuance or do I have to call the court myself ?

I guess I am lucky or I live too far away and they couldn’t be bothered to pay for solicitors in case there will be possible hearing which is obviously held nearest to where defendant lives and I live far away from stansted hmm It’s concluded !! N279.pdf

I can email Stansted regarding bye laws in Southgate Road . But so far I was under impression that see below : car park operator at Stansted Airport cannot prove that the land around Stanstead Airport is not subject to statutory control under airport bye laws. So I understand if they cannot identify the driver they cannot rely on POFA right? In a letter reply to „lostthebrick „ from solicitors upon his CPR request what does it actually clarify? Does is clarify anything there ? There was a lot of pages uploaded by him but no one seemed to summarised Btw my PCN was delivered to me within 14 days but it’s gonna be irrelevant if that car park it’s covered by bye laws isn’t?

I agree . But it does say if you don’t speak English then you can get one . My only worry is if I say I am not comfy defending in English and translator turns up to be even worse I will ring court and ask out of curiosity anyway let’s see what clerk advise

That’s my point . I haven’t got a problem talking English but when it comes to few „technical „ words it would makes life easier. So who pays for a translator I wonder ? Taxpayer ?

Well I guess it’s gonna be waiting game for both of us . As others mentioned earlier it takes court about 2-3 months for next step right? I wonder if I am foreign originally can I request on the actual hearing a translator? Does anyone know what is the law about it. I haven’t got a problem writing but when it comes to a physical hearing obviously I would feel more comfortable and confident with a translator. Hey ho . Why not ? That’s what I thought

Well it’s too late now . They have my name address and DOB . It did say additional details on form like phone number and email but it was not mandatory so I left it . I guess they have to contact me by post if anything now right? „lostthebrick” you did the same isn’t ?

Hello guys just finishing MCOL defence and on page 5out of 7 asks for additional details. Do I provide my phone number or email to court or should just leave it blank as obviously they have my address and name thanks
