1st go read the letter properly!!!

it doesn't anywhere say they are taking you to court......

please complete this:

https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?462118-Have-you-received-a-Parking-Ticket

and scan up to PDF all the letters you have received to date to ONE MULTIPAGE PDF

read UPLOAD.

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

we need to know everything about the event,

your brief version dosent tell us enough to say anything useful.

So, date of event,

what is was they say you did wrong,

the exact location,

whether you got a ticket slapped on the car

or whether the first communication was a NTK through the post,

when this arrived,

date and content of other letters and

what if anything you have said to any other party.

We will need to see the Gladdys letter as well as the others so we can reassure you that thigs are not as bleak as they seem,

it would be a first for any Gladsrones letter to actually fulfil the legal requirements of a lba under the Civil Procedure regs and Gladstones are the parking worlds greatest solicitors!
