I swear by GOD SAKE I Vodafone Customer Service is HORRIBLE (well, some of you would probably know that)

 

But I can't still believe I waited for 1hr 48 min and got nothing at the end after a failed chat conversation with an RETENTION Agent that seemed to be a comedian, even using LOL in front of my face.

 

I do honestly need some serious advice on this as I am planning to take this to even the last consequences. I can't believe they hire this people and then they just said they are having a friendly approach :!::!::!::!::!:

 

Please help me and advise me how could I counter attack and what could I say in tomorrow conversation...

Im gonna be honest here.. The guys at Vodafone use Lol with me occasionally because sometimes it is a genuine light hearted chat. Ive been with Vodafone for 6 years on and off...

I get that you might find it disrespectful but lighten up.

Theres a lot to read here.

 

Could i possibly suggest removing the entire post and just posting the actually issue instead of a transcript?! It would make it so much easier.

 

Also a suggestion to; Lee cant help you cancel your contract, but he can try to help you.

He is our Vodafone Rep... He is very and I mean Very GOOD!

After reading your transcript I also feel the Vodafone agent meant no disrespect to you. It can be very frustrating when your trying to sort issues out this way.

 

From my point of view, you had issues regarding 3rd party subs, that you were charged for & whether in error or unknowingly not cancelling them in time. So you tried to dispute them & get them refunded & Vodafone correctly pointed out that any 3rd party charges cannot be refunded by themselves.

 

You do need to contact the 3rd party yourself & explain as to what happened & see if they are willing to refund you or not.

 

I concur with fkofilee regarding Lee, he does in my opinion a very good job in sorting out Vodafone issues here on CAG.

 

I do hope you get your situation resolved in a manner that enables you to move onwards.
