DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

well i have to admit the videos of the miss selling was damming

i have to admit tho they might have picked a better example of someone who had their repair refused

if i remember the story was that he fell on the tv while painting and dropped paint on it as well

now this is only my opinion

they said the paint was on the rear of the tv, so he fell on the rear

that would have then pushed it forward causing damage to the front and screen

however the front corners of the tv were pealed open at the top which doesnt suggest it fell on the screen but rather something pulled on the corner of the screen

now its possible that he fell on the rear of one of the corners pushing it forward causing the damage

however that wouldnt be likely on both of the upper corners

probably why it was refused, ill bet they get alot of deliberatly done damage and its hard to pick out the real ones , its just a shame about staff training

I doubt anyone would have the Gaul to lie on primetime watchdog programme.

I didn't think he fell 'on it' just it was in the line of fire

I think it was the ladder that did it>

not sure i would go as far as a window

it was one of the older plasmas with a glass fronting they do tend to shatter on an impact its just the bent forward corners that got me

if it was a standered size ladder vs a 32 inch the it would have got one corner and the xentre not both corners. even less likely on a larger set

anyway its easy to lie on primetime tv politicians do it all the time
