  1. Thanks all for the suggestions. On an another note, is there any opportunity for me to raise a case with consumer courts within UK that can help me with mediation.
  2. It was PAYG, O2 and sim only deal. One year contract and renewable thereafter. I paid online through my debit card and so there is an option to go for chargeback. Will try for that if its workable.
  3. This is now being dealt with Currys PC world. The sim was ordered with them on 4/Jan/2024 Money paid: £30 Thanks for looking in to this.
  4. Hi, I have ordered a sim card before three months with a popular electronics retailer in the UK after paying an initial deposit which the company demanded. Their service is much worse that they wrongly delivered a phone at first (which was duly returned to them) and failed to deliver the sim even now. I have chased them countless number of times via their email and phone and they have closed all their lines, without any response. I am quite not clear how i can take this case up with a consumer forum, can receive directions on how the issue can be solved amicably. If someone here can help on achieving this, i would be grateful. Thanks and regards, Arun
