I ordered a hot tub from Currys, via my creation account.

It arrived on 8th January 24,

10th Jan realised there were 2 punctures when started to fill it.

Contacted Currys on line to return it.

DPD came on the 15th to collect it, in a van , obviously refused to take it as too large!

Trying to explain to customer services that it's classed as white goods, it's on a pallet, very heavy and needs a lorry to transport it.

been told on 5 separate occasions it's been dealt with and I will receive an email with date/ time of collection!

15 phone calls now, either cut off or on hold, it's beyond a joke.

Just want it off my drive and cancelled with creation & Currys.

as you purchased it under a consumer credit agreement

you have a section 75 claim against creation, they are equally responsible

why not give them a ring and see if they can put pressure on currys? or arrange the return themselves.

though that curry's CEOEmail address you have should work.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
