DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

From PePiPoo:-

The 2 directors of H&S LITIGATION SERVICES LTD are Mr. Paul Hargreaves and Ms. Sharon Stanworth, both of the same (residential) address in Burnley, Lancs. This is public record information by the way, so no need to edit me mods.

Rather funny that a London-based litigation specialist would be managed by a couple from Burnley.

Interestingly the Operations Director for National Clamps, which is based not far from Burnley, is called Paul Hargreaves.

What a coincidence

That letter they sent ( thanks for posting it up btw), is completely out of order and completely full of lies.

Any advice i give is my own and is based solely on personal experience. If in any doubt about a situation , please contact a certified legal representative or debt counsellor..

If my advice helps you, click the star icon at the bottom of my post and feel free to say thanks

Ignore, they are a joke and that letter reads as if written by a stroppy teenager 'well disappointed' indeed, the OED describes the word 'well' as relating to health and a hole in the ground, not an adjective or an adverb

Just to reassure the OP. ANPR today lost a POPLA appeal because (despite their silly notices) they couldn't prove they had paid the landowner compensation because of a so-called breach of contract between ANPR and the landowner, or even that such a contract existed at all.

Hi there, I contacted Cheshire East trading standards yesterday and reported ANPR Ltd for their shoddy, threatening full of lies begging letters they send out, Also informed then that Lancashire trading standards has looked into them too.

Wait to see what happens.

If you take a look at MSE or PePiP00 you can see the actual POPLA judgement where ANPR lost . As has been stated on here before, ANPR claim on their signs that when a motorist breaks their rules, ANPR are contractually obliged to pay the landowner "liquidated damages". The company actually produced this contract but (surprise, surprise) there is no mention of this obligation anywhere in that contract. In addition ANPR have had their knuckles rapped for sending out debt collector's letters when the POPLA appeal was ongoing. This needs reporting to the BPA, Trading Standards and the DVLA.

After reading that blog by the Parking Prankster perhaps Trev at ANPR could confirm just how a landowner benefits from having ANPR run a carpark. Does a landowner pay ANPR to run a car park or does ANPR pay the landowner? ANPR do not pass over any of the considerable revenue raised from "parking charge notices" but charge the landowner £30.00 plus VAT per annum for every sign they erect.

If I were paying them to run a car park for me and found out they were charging drivers £100 in my name then I would want to see some of it coming my way.

Hi, I received my ticket off them last November, had all the usual begging letters, the last time I heard from any one was March this year, a debt collector, I did the usual shredding and have not heard a thing since.

You just have to stick to your guns with companies like this.

Mal :peace:
