Hello I am a newbie

 

This may be a long post so I apologise in advance

Throughout my married life my husband has ordered items on the internet in my maiden name

I have obviously not signed anything but having made monthly payments am I admitting to these debts.??? Most have been paid via my personal cheque via hole-in-wall

I have also recently lost my job through stress and ill-health (Long story because of my husband)

 

An excellent turn around. This what CAG is really all about!

It's a good feeling VF fighting back and getting somewhere. Glad you are feeling more positive. Have you considered taking your husband / ex husband to the small claims court for the return of what you have paid out?
