I had a bit of a Laugh recently with a DCA.

I was ringing them.

DCA: Good morning, Till Debt do we part agency, how may I help you?

ME: Manager Please.

DCA: What is it regarding?

ME: Your companies none compliance with my CCA request.

DCA: One moment.

ME: Music plays as I am on hold.

DCA: Manager: Hello is that Poochy?

ME: Yep, you need to change your hold music, it's rubbish!

DCA: We will bare this in mind.

ME: Perhaps you could have that Simply red song, money.....

DCA: Can I help you?

ME: Yeah, about a CCA request I made 14 months ago. I am not impressed that you haven't furnished me with anything.

DCA: But you don't dispute the debt sir?

ME: No, I don't. However I am asking for the CCA because I want to check that what you are collecting is correct.

DCA: It is correct.

ME: Prove it?

DCA: I will get you your agreement.

ME: I want it now.

DCA: That's not possible.

I recite all the usual spiel and the DCA manager gets aggitated.

ME: Then I want you to offer me a good settlement.

DCA and me Dispute am ammicable settlement and this takes around three minutes. I get about £150 off. One funny offer I made was £100 and a turnip.

ME: Can I pay the account in full please?

DCA:

Payment goes through.

DCA: Why do you want the CCA?

ME: Because I can. Have a good day bye bye!

Completed:

Woolwich: Received £30

Intelligent Finance: Received £1100 after two years and approximately 20 letters, 6 pieces of hair and an eyeball.

Barclaycard: Received £90

HFC: Received £170

I phoned them all up last week demanding that details of all my debts be sent through. I had to verify the debts before commencing payment.   I did have a good reason as it goes though. Wasn't just fun.

What sort of world do you want your kids to grow up in?

That's a dodgy tactic that is Hostage, suppose he'd turned out to be gay himself?!!!

Regards.

Fred

Before you criticise another man you should first walk a mile in his shoes. Then, when you criticise him, you'll be a mile away and he won't have any shoes on.

Don't get me confused with somebody knowledgeable by all those green blobs. I got most of them by making people laugh.

I am not European, I am English.

i can think of several songs but not a lot of them are suitable for kids.

I have had one come to mind by a group of satanic singers called cradle of filth that has lots and lots and lots basically the whole song full of screeming.

There are allways the ones you make up your self if not.

A large group of smartly dressed people have just appeared in my street.

Is it a mob of DCA field agents (they don't look strong enough to be doorstep collectors) ? Have they all decided to work as a team ? Or are they selling religion ?
