Hi Guys

 

Thanks Ja-De for the support as always, couldnt go there without you lot on here, think Id have given up ages ago but all you keep me strong and determined , Thank you.

 

I am keeping my fingers crossed that I heat somethin this week,

 

How much longer can they keep this up, its gettin more and more tempting to look at their offer again, but I dont want to give up now, but, with my holidays looming round the corner the money would come in very handy.

 

Ah well, lets see what the morrow brings eh!!!!!

Just been reading your thread and must say I think its great that your not backing down

 

Its obvious youve done your homework on all this and Im keeping everything crossed that it all works out for you.

 

All your hard work will work out for you , I sincerely hope so anyway.

 

I look forward to the time when we all see WINNER displayed on your thread.

 

Its funny how if you take a look back on some threads to the very first posting you can tell the "poster" has grown in strength and confidence . the content of the posting goes from the first tentative steps in the dark to a reasuring feeling of knowledge and self worth.

 

I like to look back on my own thread and remind myself of all the silly mistakes Ive made and think how far Ive come with the help of all the different people on here.

 

I dont profess to be a font of knowledge now but I like to think I now know a lot more than I did when I first asked for help and advice on here.

 

Im sure youll be ok when it comes to the push as you come across as knowing exactly what your talking about.

 

So Good Luck and Ill keep watching with bated breath.

How can I give up now ,Id feel as though I was not only letting myself down but letting the team down too.

Hi Guys

 

Just a quick update.

 

Tought Id ring the Court up today to see if there was any movement re my Judgement.

 

After all they have had it from the 10th Aug (2nd time).

 

Ive been trying all morning to get them on the phone and still nothing doing.

 

Dont know if they have all gone out to a party or something but no b****rs answering the phone.

 

Ill try in a minute AGAIN.

Hi Guys (me again)

 

Nice to hear from you Tilly thanks for support, as always.

 

Ive just got through to them at long last , so asked if anything doing yet and the nice lady informed me that it was passed to the Runcorn Court on 21st Aug but with it being there the DJ only sits 3 times a week and if needs to go back to Warrington for anything then this is what takes the time up, being passed up and down. Takes a few days to do this apparently.

 

I asked if the Halifax had Filed , just to be on the safe side again , never know they might have done this late and claimed incompetence or somethin daft like that.

Told no they havent Filed so I should hear something soon.

 

Ive heard that one before, "Something soon", how do they define soon.

 

Next week,month year. Goodness knows but never mind eh.

 

Gonna take leaf outa Stones book and progress to sitting on thumbs.

 

No twiddleing allowed.

Make sure that you trim Your nails then overflow!! Can get very uncomfortable if they are sharp.

 

Incompetence and something daft go hand in hand with Howard and his crew. LOL

Not been on much today as Daughter back from India so its been quite hectic.

It was lovely to see her kids faces though when she got back, AAAWWWWHHHHH. They missed their Mum.

Now I can breath a sigh of relief too

Thanks for the comments.

 

I hope I do hear something this week, Im going to ring Courts first thing tomorrow.

 

I mean how long does it take ? According to the lady I spoke to last week my claim had gone to the judge on the 21st. Its the 3rd tomorrow so I think they should have done something by now.12 days is long enough I think.

 

Its getting closer to my hols and I was hoping to have this all cut and dry by the time I go away on the 5th Oct. Cant wait.

 

Keep you apdated tomorrow after Ive rang.

Thank you . Going to Corfu. Never been before so hope its ok.

 

Going with daughter, her partner, 2 grandsons and my fiance.

 

Weve rented a villa for two weeks and I cant tell you how much Im lookin forward to it.

 

Not got much in the way of savings though due to not working but as villa has its own pool Im not too bothered about going out and about.

Just the break will do. LOL
