Quick Survey - Compounded Contractual Interest

Hi, i am very interested to know how many people have succesfully reclaimed bank charges, including compounded contractual interest. And 'interestingly' what rate of interest did you charge. I am not 'interested' in anyones opinions on the subject ;-) just wether you have been succesful or not, cheers!!

What's funny? I asked a serious question. Your original post is ambiguous, in that you are seemingly both interested and not interested in knowing what's happening as regards contractual interest.

Its very straight forward, I want people to tell me if they have succesfully reclaimed bank charges including compounded contractual interest. Thats all, not entirely sure how i managed to confuse you!?

I did not say i did and did not want to know. I said i wanted to know who had been succesful, but i was not interested in anyones opinion on the subject, i.e i didnt want any one waffling on about anything other than wether they had been succesful or not.

Please take time to read the post correctly before adding your tuppence worth. There was no reason whatsoever for you to make any comment.

As for you advising me where and where not to post my question, i will thank you for keeping your opinion to yourself.

If you are trying to decide whether or not to claim contractual interest yourself, the question is entirely inappropriate - the decision is one of why you are doing it, not whether or not you are likely to succeed. If you think you're entitled to it, go for it. It's important to understand what you're doing and why - we are not here to do the work for you. If you just want to satisfy general curiosity, look through the various "Successes" sections, and the "Litigation concluded" - you'll get a better feel for the results from there than from random people that might respond in what is one of the quieter sections of the board.

It would appear the first quote and in particular "which we are not going to do for you" would imply that i should not have posted the question (according to you).

 

The second quote implies you don't know what you have said or when you have said it, which appears to me, to make a mockery of your 'highly informative' status.

 

For the umpteenth time, i think you will find, i have not said anything rude, nor shall i. But please, in future keep your opinion to yourself, unless you take the time to read the question and understand it.
