Farmers, fishermen, supermarket shelves, wartime footing christmass prospects (grow your own)

What on earth gives you the slightest reason to think ripping off peoples privacy would get a pass just because it would cause non-right wing 'fwee marketers' severe problems due to losing international standing and trade?

Literally all that is absolutely nothing compared to some extra money in their tax haven pockets ..

even right wing conservatives are starting to balk as their traditional businesses (see above) get smashed..

In fact it starting to seem not even that

They are happy to see UK 'competition' destroyed leaving the UK dependent of outside 'businesses' with no pesky rules and regulations needed ..

Johnson is literally doing a 'hannibal lector' on the veins of UK business - ripping their veins so wide they will bleed to death before help can get there

or have alibaba and the chinese manufacturers had enough of not being paid for what they've supplied already?

While government plans to start sharing patient data this week have been halted, some doctors and campaigners remain...

There isnt any for this unless you think anyone a particular government thinks OK (and we know who these shysters favour)

There are already mechanisms in place to allow proper agreed and safeguarded sharing of data for registered projects.

This is just a 'the private sector wants all your data to do what they like with with only chocolate fire-guard safeguards

Retailer is luring staff with 30% higher wages, while some workers object to the sector’s ‘no jab, no job’ policy

anti-vax lies and the current environment with a government that thrives .. exists .. based on lies are clearly adding to the concern here

.. Although there may be some valid concerns for a small minority, Is a chunk of it that the poopulists (seems a more appropriate name given what they constantly spout) daren't offend their ant-vax/poopulist nutter base?

Consider this:

I know that infections are rife in local care homes, who have had no visitors for months due to lockdowns, yet outbreaks continue. Some is due to the residents wandering, but mulyiple lockdowns in - there is little doubt staff must be considered as sources.

Similar with children and vaccinations:

The vax advisory group has said that looking at the case for children/vax in isolation (per child nothing else considered) they do not recommend vaccinations as their is a VERY small risk in giving the vaccinations.

No doodoo sherlock!!! .. actually Yep thats total doodoo sherlock - even considering every child in isolation - which they aren't.

Basic knowledge and a small amount of common sense tells you that is total bollocks as children are NOT isolated either from each other or their families, let alone that even the small risk of harm from infection is FAR higher than the risk from vaccination

So, considering just a few of the actual other critical considerations ..

* Very small risk from vaccination compared to the actual risk to even small numbers who get severe covid

* spread and mutation through schools

* spread and mutation outside school and back to families

* Spread and mutation through to other schools from siblings

* long covid

* Lost school time through infections

Seems to me any ONE of the above more than balances the VERY small risk to children from a vaccination, so what does that say about these 'advisors' Johnson chooses?

I've just seen a suggestion/report that some member of the JVCI has apparently said that giving 12+ the vaccine will 'do more harm than good'

Now If he cant support that he should be dismissed immediately

ie He should be dismissed immediately

Last I saw, even with all the unknowns, vaccination was AT LEAST 4:1 or better for kids than not

re vaccine severe response vs covid sever response

aka 4 times more kids severely harmed minimum by covid than vaccines and that distinction growing quite quickly

- and that ignores long covid and all the other issues just concentrating on 'immediate harm.
