Is anyone having trouble with Vodafone bills currently.

My son has a contract with this service provider and recently had two very large bills which they said were due to internet charges.

one was over £200 and the other was over £300.

They upped his data limit to 'unlimited' and every thing was fine until he upgraded his contract to the new iPhone6.

First couple of bills were fine.

This month he is well over his bill.

Shows on his phone that his current bill is over £200.

Data levels show he is well under his limit.

They say they cant look into it until his bill is paid.

Bill isnt due till the 17th.

If it is rising at £40-£50 per day he will owe a fortune by then.

Can anyone advise what I can do

Thanks in advance.

Their unlimited data is for 3 months only. "Data Test Drive"

Unfortunately i cant copy and paste the escalation process. But the site team will be along shortly.

Hi and welcome. This does sound very odd but getting any common sense response from the VF telephone jockeys is nigh on impossible.

If you follow the link below and follow the instructions fully, you should get an auto response number. Post it to this thread

As for this person saying pay the bill and dispute it later. This is a ploy so that they don't have to take any action as the bill is paid.

Lee hasn't been around for the last few days and certainly doesn't do much at weekends. Hopefully he will be here tomorrow.

Everything I say is opinion only. If you are unsure on any comment made, you should see a qualified solicitor
