Had fun & games with Equifax yesterday. I had a previous trial.

Tried for the free month's trial. Tried logging in, tried security password.

Told to call, called went through, load of questions at snail's pace.

The new security question didn't come up, it was the previous

security question, in the end, I just told her to forget it.

You will need to do 3 things.

1. Check the other 2 main CRAs, the debt will no doubt show there as well.

2. Place notices of dispute/correction on the entries, the agencies will contact the creditor for verification.

3. Formal Complaint to the Data Controller of the finance company.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
