Probably realised hes been rumbled.... (apoligies if this is not the case).

Just ben reading that it can cost a few grand to have a bank account frozen unless the bank themselves do it for financial irregularity reasons.... can't imagine HFO wanting to fork out a few grand without a guarantee that the money WILL be allocated to them.

Seems a very dodgy thing to ask to be done (and still baffled by the lack of info from the court concerned - should now be a complaint on that to the Court Ombudsman service).

got a letter of of wandsworth county court yesterday saying the interim charging order has been discharged and the hearing on 26th nov vacated

Tony, you said this far back (28 Oct) that the hearing was vacated – why are we worried about a hearing on the 26th then? I’m confused.

thats when we are in court with hfo to decide what to do with the 18k weather they get it in one lump sum or.....

But what kind of hearing is it, and what did they send you? You told coledog that they send a letter on 28 September saying there would be a hearing?

Can you post the notice of the hearing please? This is not making sense.
