I got an invoice from a PPC, I was looking forward to making them pay a POPLA fee so I sent an appeal to the PPC claiming there was no valid contract and they wrote back saying they will not be chasing anymore and will write it off.

I have been chased by a debt collection agency for well over a year. Due to circumstances I am not going into there is sufficient doubt in my mind that my ex had a hand in some of these accounts. So I have requested signed credit agreements from DCA's. Where they supply I enter an agreement to settle and that happens, however one DCA has spent in excess of a year sending me letters stating they are still looking inot this. Today a letter arrived attached with a reconstituted credit agreement, there is no signature it is one page it could apply for either a creit card or a current account as both are mentioned. My quesiton is this. Is this valid and enforcable and what should I do now. Grateful for any guidance on this Thanks

Has anyone heard of this company they seem to be a pyramid selling company doing a lot of work for Red Cross. Reason I am asking my son has been given a "job" with them where he is working in excess of 70 hours a week for about £300, he is under the impression that he will be earning thousands of pounds within a year. Personally I am disgusted the Red Cross have axssociated themselves wth an organisation such as this

The lack of a paper trail will not give any form of legitamacy to these invoices, as having a paper trail does not make them any less legitimate. These are invitations to pay and nothing else. If someone posted an invoice in your letter box for looking at your house would you feel inclined to write and dispute in the unlikely event they take you to court and the court are more likely to find in their favour because you did not dispute? Ignoring is a choice but I like to have sport with these clowns

Also some people book an MOT before the previous one has expired, what would they do then? prevent you from taking your car home,
