Under no circumstances send out very confidential medical information, even a judge would be very reluctant unless fraud was suspected to ask for that. I work in a large emergency admissions and the police try this on us a lot,, saying they have the power to look at a suspects medical file.... go forth and produce warrant... never in my 13 years has one come back. Unless the suspect receiving medical treatment signs to say he or she does not mind its a complete NO NO... We have had arrested suspects left in our ward and even PC plod tred carefully when its medical issues.. God, who do these people think they are...... Yes we owe them money.... and that is it just money. It was an unsecured debt for God's sake, they took a risk and now the economy has nose dived due in most part to the financial institutions they think they can ride rough shot over every one and every thing...

I work at a large hospital and we had a private parking company take over car parking. The Staff pay a discounted fee, but have been hit with fines for parking in the wrong area's etc etc,,,, On Union advice not one member of staff have paid the extortionate charge or am I aware any member of the public. These private parking companies have ideas above there station.... I am not that o fay on parking law but I have heard that private companies struggle to bring these matters to court for one reason or another... Good advice, ignore ignore....

Yep had the idiots send me a statement today with a £21.50 administration fee.... what tos*ers,,,, told them before as I had the balance in writing from O2 that is all there getting and that's that.. Not playing ping pong with them no more. I hate O2 with a vengeance as they have blankly refused to deal with me personally Great to know that Muppetcroft can't charge this, where do they get the idea that they can.?????? I work on a busy admissions ward and see a lot of DSH (Deliberate Self Harm ) patients in our ward. A lot is because of Debt due to the usual marriage break-ups, loss of jobs. We are seeing a steady increase in the new type of patient, middle class well educated. The debt collection industry stinks and is rotten to the core. Thank God for CAG.

No HS, Will sit tight and see what comes. Let it go to a DCA as Lloyds have not had the decency to reply.

Hi Guy's and Girls Just through the post this morning. Have been in contact with Lloyd's by mail to tell them off me circumstances. Have paid me token payment last month and set up SO. This was the last of my creditors, I struggled to pay them at the time but in the end it was a futile battle. Only £900 owed. I don't wish to contact Lloyd's by phone so I am willing to let them contact me. My £1.00 was received and credited to my account but they did no acknowledge any of my two letters with my I&E form in them. Question. Should I write to these Jackals or just leave it. No way am I phoning Lloyd's. Should I drop a recorded letter again to Lloyd's.?? Await as always your excellent advice. Lloyds.pdf

Yep, the only DCA that ever called to my property,,, send them the don't visit me letters, they are easy enough to get rid off.... If they do call, politely tell them they have 10 seconds to get off your property or else you call the local plod....

Good point BROKE, did not think of it that way, but must say have done this on quite a few occasions and touch wood nothing as yet. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! another advantage in this is that if it goes to court and the judge checks the pay slips he or she can see the hippy is not living the good life and genuinely trying to pay back his debts?????? I know it has not been pro-rata the creditors but a little extra on the small ones and a very little extra on all the others if that makes sense. i.e. 15 creditors, I have an extra say £100 from the fast diminishing overtime,,, so a rough calculation is £6.60 each... Now what I may do is £5.00 on each and a little extra on the smallest. In 2009 it was 18 creditors now 15 by the end of this year hopefully down to 12. I call the shots, not the DCA's, my credit rating is about as good as Ireland's at the moment. I don't want any more credit ever again. I will never be able to afford a house again so no need of a mortgage and to make things even better, I have never CCA any of my creditors as yet. A SAR is on the way to Argoos store card due to Freds being on the case now and the total jumping through the roof. Though one big mistake the Hippy has done is not put an emergency fund by,... Now one or two of my teeth are really causing gip, off to throw myself at the mercy of the dental profession and hope I can pay him most of it at the end of the month... again some overtime coming in this wage packet. Keep the receipt for dental bill and attach to wage slip and if I should find myself in court then bingo sir,,, my teeth had to be done or else nothing at all for the vultures because I would have been off work sick. Again as with this great site and great people here, everyone has there own battle plans and that's what makes this site so so good because nobody condemns anyone and everyone gives up there time to help. If ever I do the lottery and ever win, I would hold a big CAG party for all those that have helped me here over the years and the drinks food accommodation and any special smoke's would be on the HIPPY..... Sorry Jaz just seen your comments, ( to many pain killers for me teeth ) it certainly is but hey,,, they won't wear the old hippy down that's for sure.
