  1. Hi there Need some advice please. We bought 2 Sofas of BAYV 2 years ago and their is currently 11months payment left, during the last 2 years we have had them repaired 3 times and unfortunately it needs repairing again when the repair man came out he advised us that it was a manufacturers fault and it would continue to be needing repaired. On his advice we refused the repair and he sent a report to BAYV to state this fact, they have been back to us saying that we are entitled to a like for like replacement which in fairness we don't want this as we don't know what we are getting, and we don't know where it has been. I've asked them if we could keep the settees and not pay anymore and terminate the agreement in which I am waiting for a reply as yet. Advice needed on if I stop payments can they legally repossess or have I paid enough on the agreement to stop this.... Thanks in advance
  2. Hi There I have 3 iphones that I purchased from Perfect Homes and they are all over 12 months into an agreement that is for 24 months. I have recently lost a lot of income per week due to the benefits change as I am on ESA Support and PIP. Question is if I am unable to pay can they repossess the phones or block them, and how would I go on about getting them on a smaller weekly/Monthly payment? I,m not saying I don't want to pay but we can only pay what we can afford. The amount due per week is £52.00 Thanks in advance
  3. Had an LPF Credit card which i disputed strongly the amount owed, which was been dealt with by Loewlls so i asked them for a CCA Request. Now because they couldnt supply it they closed the account, and this morning got a reconstituted agreement from Barclaycard saying i still owe it and although they can't enforce it they can still ask third parties to demand payment. What should i do next please. Thanks in advance.

  5. No i didnt! but i did get a letter of confirmation that they were going to the original lender to try and retrieve it so they have actioned on my request. should i do it again and enclose a postal order for a £! Thanks

  7. I'm sorry it was a CCA request not a SAR. So should i stop paying until they can provide it. The chap said that i would be subject to interest if i stop paying. Are they trying it on as they can't really do anything and is there a letter that i can send telling them?
  8. Hi Needs Help Please... Got a very old Beneficial Bank Debt from 1994 in which i have been paying £1 on. I recently sent them a letter fo a SAR which they have rang me to tell me that they are unable to provide and i should continue to pay a £1 as they can deem it as an unsatisfactory request and £1 isn't going to break the bank and because i have been paying it i have acknowledged the debt. What should i do next please.... Thanks in advance.
  9. Hi Guys Just had Moorcroft on the phone saying that they have been notified by credit agencies that there has been a change on my credit file. Then asked if i had some HP and said that was probably it, but is this a way to ask if your circumstances have changed to up your offer, curentlt paying £1 a month on Natwest OD. Thanks

  13. Hi Guys Need Help.... To cut a long story short Halifax/RBS has sold 4 accounts to Cabot in which we are paying a £1 a month on we got a letter of Cabot to change our standing order with there new Ref No. so it goes to there bank account. So i did this for them to leave our account on the 17th of each month as it was before. Got a letter this morning saying that we have missed our first payment so i rang them and confirmed my details BUT... they have a different date of birth so would not divulge any info on the account and they want me to send my birth certificate in. What should i do? Is this possibly a way out?
  14. Thanks It was all done in a phonecall with customer services at 3 and it seems funny how they cant find the recording of that call?? you know for fraining purposes, i've actually asked them to trace it but all they do is pass it back ti Lowells
  15. Hi Was does a DCA do if you continue to insist that the account is in dispute? This is in relation to a 3 broadband account in which they terminated early due to to very poor service and have chased me for the last 6 months billing adding up to £202.50 by passing it to lowells. But all i do is keep saying its disputed. Thanks in advance
