Yep, they've not moved so go for it. Remember to send by recorded delivery and to type your name rather than sign the letter.

Good luck!

:p Wanting out of the red and into the pink! :p

If I've been nice please tip my scales. If I've been naughty, tip 'em twice! ;)

CURRENTLY CAGGING -

NatWest Bank - no response to S.A.R - (Subject Access Request), 40 days passed

Natwest CC - no response to CCA, 12+30 days passed. Calls continue, I ignore.

Sainsburys CCs x 2 - Current T&Cs rec'd in response to CCA request. Letter sent re lack of prescribed terms. Calls continue, mobile set to auto ignore.

Capital One - Copy application form rec'd in response to CCA. Letter sent re lack of prescribed terms. Standard final response received. Calls continue, I ignore.

Martinego, SAR is a formal request for all data they hold about you, you'll find it in the templates section of the library. Oh, and some companies have been known to use signatures in a rather naughty fashion!

Start up a thread of your own and you'll get more specific help as well as keeping everything in one place (very helpful when you've got paperwork flying all over the show! :))

Mrdfuller, are you having a laugh ? :p

But unless they've moved in the last three months, I'd think it's the correct address :)

If I'm wrong, you can come back and tell me ;)

When you said you were sending your SAR on the 28th August, what year did you mean.

Regards.

Scott.

Hi,

If they gave you £1,000 back, you should be able to work out what charges this amount covers ?

Then just deduct them from your SOC.

Regards.
