DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

It is not a PAPLOC just a threatogram. As dx has said DCA's can't bring an action themselves but even if they could the letter from DR+ does not comply with the PAP for debt claims

In particular a compliant PAPLOC would have to include the information sheet and reply form in Annex 1 of the PAP (per paragraph 3.1 (c) of the PAP). It doesn't.
